This meal is inspired by one of the most popular recipes from the FitMenCook cookbook! This recipe came to be when I transformed one of my favorite salads, Greek salad, into a delicious, flavorful burger. The succulent burger is paired with a colorful, refreshing veggie medley and roasted herbed potatoes.
